The Ajiru / Gikuyu are a known clan of black Seers / Monks / Mountain Prophets in Africa. They are the only tribe in Africa who traditionally wears solid orange making them easy to identify.

ADAPTATION
The cover of Issue 7 released January 1978 clearly depicts a Gikuyu Elder in his traditional orange garments. On his arm you will see a blue ribbon tied. The orange is also being worn by unknown Wakandans in the background.
